Camp Hamby is open to all provided groups complete an application, the camp is open at your requested time, and you adhere to all rules and guidelines. Camp Hamby is a Christian camp and therefore activities at the camp must adhere to local laws, common sense, and Biblical standards. Groups wanting to use the camp must complete an application and return as much ahead of time as possible to our Camp Ranger, Mr. Doug Wilson. The front page has requested information and the back page includes rules, a "before you leave" checklist, and camp evaluation. Camp Hamby operates totally on the generosity of the Methodist Churches in Chattooga County and other individuals. While there is no set fee to use the camp, donations to help maintain the camp are very much appreciated.
